Twitter Lets Users Apply For Blue Tick Verification After 3 years
- Twitter has relaunched its public verification program, allowing anyone to apply for the blue tick badge, three years after suspending the program. Under the new eligibility criteria, users must have a "notable" and active profile falling under the category of government, sports, entertainment, organizations, journalists, or activists. All applications will be evaluated by humans, Twitter said.
